About the Team
We founded AlwaysGeeky Games because we see a changing tide coming to games! We have not seen such an evolution in the gaming industry like player ownership since mobile became a massive aspect of the games industry, or since the advent of microtransactions in games. Player ownership is a huge change coming to gaming and we strongly believe this has the potential to bring real value and new opportunities for players to engage with their favourite game worlds like never before.
Player ownership and player economics are the next big evolutions in gaming and empowering players to have full control over these two elements in their games is what will make the future games, built with blockchain technology, stand out above the rest. Decentralizing the core functionality of player economics is key to giving players control over their digital assets; using the blockchain to provide full ownership rights to players is simple, elegant and fully transparent. Players will no longer be confined to centralized ownership, controlled only by game developers and operators, and instead are free to own, trade/sell and have a stake in their digital assets.
